I first discovered Generator Talent after seeing a LinkedIn advert for their HR Mastery program. The opportunity to further my strategic HR capabilities alongside a diverse group of other practitioners was perfect for where my career was at. The program delivered on every aspect and the unique and immersive experience has had a major impact on how I perform my role today by applying many of the learnings from that program.

All the councillors involved wish me to thank Generator Talent for the positive experience they had with, with a professional consultant they immediately came to trust. They feel they have delivered an exceptionally fine result for our Council and the people of the region.

They are my first and only port of call when I need additional support and guidance to our people challenges and opportunities. Our leadership team are big fans which goes a long way to highlighting how effective and trusted they are at working across all levels and business functions. All that and great fun to work with too!

We wanted to work with an organisation that could bring a level of pragmatism­ coupled with extensive industry experience across a number of tier­one companies ­ into both the design and facilitation of our leadership program. With all that said, Generator Talent were an obvious choice.
